This is a yummy chocolate cake which I made this weekend for my housewarming party.
Sift together 100g plain white flour, 75g wholemeal plain flour, 50g cocoa powder, 1tsp baking powder, 1tsp bicarbonate of soda, pinch salt.
In a separate bowl, mix together 375ml soy milk, 125ml rapeseed oil, 2tsp vanilla extract, 200g sugar.
