Peanut Butter Cookies

Yet more homage to Vegan with a Vengeance.
I made these cookies with half the sugar recommended in the recipe and they taste great!

Mmmm…they look YUM!
I always reduce the sugar a recipe calls for (I live with a diabetic) and it’s made me realise just how much sugar we put into things so unnecessarily!
