Vegan Challenge days 17-26

I’m still continuing with the vegan challenge, only there’s not really been anything noteworthy happened. We went out for a pizza the other night, and I just had no cheese on my veggie pizza after checking the bases were vegan.
I have noticed that I have lost a bit of weight, not a lot, but I have been gradually losing since I started my lifestyle changes back in January. Recently, however, I had reached a plateau, but this month the steady weight loss has started again. I have now gone down from 68.1kg (150lb) to 63.4kg (140lb) as of Saturday. I just want to get back in to a size 10 again and then I will be happy. Losing 10lb in 5 months isn’t exactly headline grabbing, but it has been relatively painless and part of a sustainable lifestyle change. I intend to contine eating healthily, so it will stay off!










It might not be headline grabbing, but it is healthier than losing much more in that time! I think (no references on hand) that the “good/healthy” rate of loss is 1kg per month.
